gosh, I've always been one to take my job too seriously. Sunday, a feast was prepared for my parents and neighbors, 95% waste stream, they brought a great contribution. Homemade quadruple been salad. I enjoyed it. we made cheesy potatoes with cheese, stirfry veggies, had cucumber, tortilla chips, spinach dip, guacamole, garlic bread, and im prolly missing something ... fruit juice, all from the waste.
