ECHO 4

Feature: Elaine/Joe Griswold delivering a soup she made from food scraps
Food: Sugar filled french twists and banana/peanut butter sandwich in the morning.

For luch I cooked up a watery potato soup dish, didn't add anything this time around, just watery potato chunks.

Our new friends at the ECHO workshop made a waste-stream salad. Take a look at the video below for a detailed description of ingredients.

Late night snack included the rest of the peach pie.

RPU Directors Elaine and Joe Griswold happened to be only an hour away from ECHO farm this week. We arranged a meeting, and they delivered a waste-stream soup that elaine prepared from remaining kitchen scraps. The door is always open.
